А тот в семье, кто ничего не боится, тот просто в тревоге. У каждого из них свое право и своя история, которая скрывается за этими чувствами. Но я сейчас не об этом…
Родители это наше ВСЕ. Естественно в определенном возрасте и определенное время. Потом мы вырастаем, становимся на свои ноги, формируем собственные внутренние механизмы и научаемся справляться с обстоятельствами жизни, но….
Что такое очень раненное вдруг всплыло, когда я перечитала пост Марины Травковой в ФБ о том, что кто-то собирается украсть чужие истории и обвинить жертв насилия. Что-то очень раненное собственное поднялось внутри. Я не участвовала в этом флешмобе. Но я одна из тех с кем это случалось. И с той поры я учусь себя любить, защищать, отстаивать, поддерживать.

Догадываетесь, что происходит дальше?… Замкнутый круг. И вроде бы есть много объяснений у этой ситуации, только вот кажется, что как будто слепые мы. Как чувствуется безграничная боль, которая скрывается за всем тем, что они говорят. Слова вроде бы странные, нереальные какие-то. А боль очень настоящая, реальная. Люди "взаправду" ругаются и "взаправду" плачут, и потом друг с другом неделями не разговаривают. Говорят друг другу: "Не понимаешь ты меня". И ведь действительно не понимают. Не понимают и не чувствуют ту боль, что скрывается в каждом из них. Боль, которая связана совсем не с едой и деньгами. С чем-то другим более глубоким и настоящим. Не любят они друг друга совсем, скажите вы? Да нет — любят! Очень любят! Потому и пришли.
Однажды задала мне вопрос моя подруга. «Какой ты видишь меня?». И я задумалась. Кажется, нет ничего проще, чем ответить на этот вопрос. Я начала перебирать в голове возможные ответы, пытаясь, конечно же, вспомнить о том, какой она была в разные периоды нашего с ней знакомства. Я вспоминала о наших встречах, разговорах и…… Мне в голову приходили разнообразные прилагательные. Например, «жесткая». Стоп! Два месяца назад она была такой теплой мягкой и эмоциональной. Помню, мы разговаривали с ней, и меня не покидало чувства тепла и благодарности. «Мягкая» решила я тогда. Но постойте! Как то она рассказывала мне о том, как она справляется с трудностями, и в ее голосе слышался металл. Я вдруг почувствовала себя на перепутье. Передо мной открыто множество путей, и я могу, конечно же, отправиться по какому либо из них. Но, как будто, отправившись по одной дороге, я сразу потеряю из виду другие. Я поняла, что мне больше нравится обозревать все многообразие путей и возможностей.
«Желаю тебе большого счастья». Именно эта фраза встречается в большинстве пожеланий к праздникам и дням рождения. Мы стремимся к счастью, мечтаем о нем, ждем его, призываем. К кому то оно приходит и поселяется надолго, а кто-то ждет его всю жизнь, но так и не встречает.
Одним из важных вопросов, волнующих человека на разных этапах его жизни – это вопрос о том, как стать счастливым?.
Для того, чтобы найти на него ответ для нас важно понять что же такое счастье, можем ли мы поймать его за хвост как синюю птицу или мы можем только смиренно ждать, когда оно осчастливит нас своим присутствием?
Существуют два крайности в которые мы часто впадаем, когда хотим стать счастливыми.
Первая установка: «Я поймаю свое счастье за хвост». Я добьюсь того, чтобы стать счастливым». Мы начинаем активно действовать на этом этапе. Чаще всего здесь мы связываем понятие счастье с понятиями успеха, богатства, власти, статуса. Мы делаем карьеру, получаем престижную работу, приобретаем определенные материальные ценности, и как только достигаем определенного уровня благополучия, с удивлением обнаруживаем, что счастье к нам так и не пришло.
Родители это наше ВСЕ. Естественно в определенном возрасте и определенное время. Потом мы вырастаем, становимся на свои ноги, формируем собственные внутренние механизмы и научаемся справляться с обстоятельствами жизни, но….
